Last semester we had a guest lecture by a Bolivian scholar where he introduced tourism development in Oruro province of Bolivia and let us know how many natural and cultural wonders there are in this area. In his words, Bolivia is the heart of South America (which is no doubt according to me, both culturally and geographically) and Oruro is the heart of Bolivia (um, geographically yes). I remember he concluded that Oruro could be the heart of South America, I was seriously doubtful about it as I had not heard about this city before.

Let me introduce my new favorite cafe that I accidentally found out the other day while wandering around in town. It is called L’atelier en Ville, a cafe spot housed in old warehouse type building in Brussels city. In fact it is a mix of a furniture shop, a boutique shop and a coffee shop, sounds like a strange combination but all the elements blend in together greatly and create a unique atmosphere.

Ever since I got a second hand Polaroid Land camera somewhere long time ago, they stopped developing the instant films. So it has become a decoration at home. The other day I saw a Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 Instant Analog Camera sold in the city, I was a bit surprised.
