Mine has become Vietnamese coconut coffee now. Used to be black coffee, I didn’t like milk or sugar in my coffee. But in Vietnam there are so many varieties: egg coffee, coconut coffee, passion fruit coffee, etc.
Vietnamese coconut coffee is more like coconut granita (italian style water ice with a granular texture) with coffee.
Have you ever tried it? I’ve only seen it in Vietnam so far.
