Went to this Ethiopian restaurant for dinner last night. Do you like Ethiopian food? Every once in a while, I would miss their sour pancake Injera. Nice little restaurant owned by a lovely Ethiopian lady.
Injera is a very social food imo. Normally we gather some friends, sharing a huge plate. This plate is for two, but you can get a larger plate sharing with more people.
Those pancakes are heavy, you’ll have to eat slowly. Dishes on top reminds me of some Indian curry dishes.
