Do you love Soju? Actually I’m no big fan of Soju myself, if I drink it, I prefer the flavored one, like the ones with grape or peach taste.
Koreans seem to love soju, you see soju posters next to all the BBQ/bulgogi restaurants all around.

Now mix (2) into (1), cook them on fire, bulgogi actually means firemeat if i remember correctly!
Also had acorn jelly as side dish in that meal, strangely didn’t include it in this photo.
